1. User Agreement
By accessing or using the RanaFono website (the "Site") and purchasing products, including Mice, Headphones, and Controllers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Site or place any orders.
RanaFono reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
All products listed on the Site are offered for sale subject to availability. RanaFono strives to ensure accurate descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, RanaFono reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders accordingly.
2. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RanaFono, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
RanaFono's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase of products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
RanaFono does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from use of the Site.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and design, is the property of RanaFono or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without prior written consent from RanaFono. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property may result in legal action.
The RanaFono name, logo, and all related product names are trademarks of RanaFono. You may not use these trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without explicit permission.
4. Refund Policy
RanaFono is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Mice, Headphones, or Controllers, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components will not be eligible for a full refund.
- Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made by RanaFono. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refund Amount: Once the returned product is received and inspected, RanaFono will process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fee (if any).
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. RanaFono will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
